I visited Southwest.com today and got a big surprise…they finally changed their website! It is not perfect, but a big step in the right direction. The look, feel, and navigation is all improved…it doesn’t feel so “1999″ anymore. The flight booking engine is still a little clumsy, but I applaud them for finally switching things up. One small request: I still wish I could just type in a city name instead of selecting one from the drop-down.
