Selling Books on eBay

eBay
I’ve got way too many old books that I’ve already read sitting on my bookshelf collecting dust…so I thought I would list a bunch of them on eBay. Selling books on eBay is super easy these days! Now that you can just enter the ISBN number, you don’t need to manually enter titles, authors, etc.. Just choose the category, enter the ISBN, set the price, and you’re pretty much done. eBay automatically pulls up the book title, author, image, reviews, size, weight, book description, etc.. It is pretty slick. :)
(Listing CDs & DVDs is also just as easy) Once you do 1 book, you can get on a roll and list a huge stack of books in no time. I just listed about 40 books in under an hour. Plus, if you use some fancy eBay selling software you can list stuff much faster than that, but I don’t normally sell enough stuff on eBay to use something like that. Up until today, I’d usually sell something here or there - one item at a time. Since books are kind of a low-value item, I figured to make it worth my time it would make sense to list a whole bunch at one time. I don’t know how much money all these books will net me, but I like the idea of clearing all those books off my shelf. Whatever books don’t sell, I plan to donate to my local thrift shop. If you have a bunch of books to get rid of, try it out!
