Give me candy with my bill at your restaurant, and I’ll leave a better tip! Not only will I tip better, it leaves a final good impression of your restaurant. A restaurant near me called Mama D’s serves up fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for free at the end of your meal with your check - a big step above dinner mints or candy. People around here rave about the free cookies. I think it works! (and I bet the servers get great tips)
