My Experience With The iPhone

So I stopped by the Manhattan Beach Apple store and spent about 30 minutes playing around with an iPhone. I must say, it is the most well designed and easy to use cell, pda, ipod, whatever you want to call it thingy. I was connected to the Apple store wifi, so the Internet speed seemed pretty good. I didn’t get a chance to use the AT&T Internet, which is supposedly way slower. Anyway, I visited a few websites, watched a couple of YouTube videos, played with the mapping and gps functions, sent myself an email, watched a music video, listened to some music, tried calling someone…and it was all pretty awesome.

The keyboard seemed like it would take some serious getting used to, since I was constantly hitting the wrong buttons. There were so many different toys and ways to waste time on the iPhone that I would honestly be kind of scared to have this thing in my pocket…I might end up wasting a little too much time with it! Then again, it would be really nice to have it when you’re stuck at an aiport, sitting on an airplane, riding in a taxi, or a thousand other situations…
