Is Income Tax Unconstitutional?

Ron Paul on CNBC with a former IRS agent. They are both in agreement that income tax sucks. What do you think?

The more I watch and learn, the more I believe this is the opportunity of the people to stand up and decide how this country goes. Income Tax placed on a populous in a time of unconstitutional warfare goes against everything we stand for. Unless congress has the balls to declare open warfare, my money belongs someplace else.

the sad fact is, our government and other money institutions have built their empires from our taxes. it is by far the single most source of revenue to feed these fat cats. this is why they so viciously attack anyone threatening it. if you have ever been on the other end of this tigers tail and seen first hand, i need go no further. they are merciless and will stop at nothing. if we do not take a stand soon, we will be unable to stop it as they will throw us in jail, freeze our bank accounts and assets, and deem us terrorist. we live in a make believe world with blinders on, while the world banks force us in to servitude and we dont even know it, until its too late.
take a stand america and say: we’re mad as hell and we are not going to take it anymore
