Experimenting With Domain Parking

March 2nd, 2007 · 1 Comment

I have a small portfolio of domain names that I don’t use for anything…those domains were just sitting in a registrar account. After recently attending affiliate summit, I got motivated to do finally something with some of those domains. “Domaining” has never been something I’ve had an interest in…until now. I’m testing out a couple of parking services that give me a cut of the PPC revenue…most domains aren’t getting much type-in traffic - but a couple of them do (the ones I suspected actually). Most of all - I am learning some specifics about how people monetize unused domains. If you are sitting on any unused domains, try parking them and make some $$$!  You can park domains at Sedo, TrafficClub, GoDaddy, Moniker, just to name a few. Any suggestions on a favorite parking provider?

Sedo.com is very good. And free.

Some of the other services like GoDaddy - charge for it.
