Easy Amazon.com Affiliate Product Link

November 6th, 2007 · No Comments

If you are an Amazon.com affiliate, here is a tip that will make linking to products on Amazon.com very easy for you. No more spending time logging in to Amazon.com to find a simple product link, just do this:

- Go to Amazon.com and find the product you wish to link to. For this example, I’ll use the Nikon D40 digital camera I recently bought.
- Next, find the “ASIN” number, which is listed on every product on Amazon. For the Nikon D40, the ASIN number is “B000KJQ1DG”. (If you have a hard time spotting the ASIN number on the product page, try hitting Control+F on your keyboard and search “ASIN”.)
- Now, using the Nikon D40 example link below, just swap the ASIN number with your ASIN number
- Finally, change the affiliate id at the end of the link to your affiliate id. That’s it!

There you have it, that’s the easiest way (I know of) to link to products on Amazon.com with your affiliate id. :)
