Jack Welch is one of the business world’s greatest leaders and managers. He is definitely inspiring to me…here are some quotes I picked. I’ve read a couple of books on him, and I would say he places a lot of focus on candor and hiring good people. It makes sense. If you have a great team of people who communicate well and do not bullshit each other - that is a beautiful thing…

This is a unique find. I’m putting together several projects in my field. The 10 comments featured were exactly what I needed to make my point.
Jack Welch and Suzy are a great team. I watched an interview with Jack and Suzy on “Charlie Rose” some time ago. That was enough for me to pay attention to anything he says. What impressed me must was the humble and straight way of communicating. I put into use everything he said. Most of the great minds don’t need to be arrogant or cold. Jack ,has given me the hope that I can apply his experience and achieve my goals. Keep the comments coming!
